It sounds like it was all happening down at the Portarlington mussel festival last weekend. Music, Markets and Mussels…can’t go wrong!
Our partners in crime – Justin and Jessi stopped by the festival for a wander, followed by a special lunch at Loam. We were told the stand out dish of the day was the slow cooked Western Plains Pork with pear and cos.
We can’t wait to visit Loam again this year and see what they are currently experimenting with.
They also kindly brought some fresh mussels straight from the pier home to us. Thanks guys!
