Our Delicious Salad


This salad is based on something delicious we ate in a lane way when we were traveling through Egypt. It’s not kosherie, (link)
it’s not even that close a relative, however there is something magical about eating grains, yoghurt and chilli together. Even in its most basic form it is so comforting and it makes you feel great.
